As soon as the little ones have been shipped, you will receive an email from us.

They should arrive the following day. Unfortunately, tracking is not possible due to the method of shipping.

We are the only online shop that has a private courier and can offer this service at this price. However, when the snails are shipped depends on a few factors. In order to keep the price low, we can only arrange for group orders to be collected. Please be patient and understanding that this may take a little longer in some cases. We try to ship everything as quickly as possible.

In cold temperatures, they are shipped in Styrofoam with a heat pack. The cost of this is included in the selling price.

Information about the snails

The species lays only a maximum of 12 eggs, but usually around 8. It is the 2nd largest land lung snail in the world.
They originally come from the rainforest in Africa. Therefore, they need very high humidity and a high temperature. See details.
