General Terms and Conditions of Slimeside
§1 Scope for Traders and Definition of Terms
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of contracts apply to orders placed via our online shop https://www.slimeside.de.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following provisions apply: The consumer makes a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided in our online shop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired goods
2) Confirmation by clicking the "Order" button
3) Review of the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button
5) Logging in to the online shop after registration and entering the login details (email address and password).
6) Re-checking or correcting the respective data entered.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the "Place order with payment obligation" or "Buy" button
Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer can return to the webpage where the customer's details are entered by clicking the "Back" button contained in their internet browser and correct any input errors, or cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated email ("Order Confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.
(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions at any time at https://www.slimeside.de/agbs/. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account --> My Orders.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) The stated prices include statutory VAT and other price components. Any shipping costs are in addition.
(2) The consumer has the option of payment in advance or via PayPal.
(3) If the consumer has chosen payment in advance, they agree to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will take place here at the latest within 5 business days. In this case, the delivery period begins the day after the payment order is placed with the bank instructed to carry out the transfer in the event of payment in advance, and on the day after the conclusion of the contract for all other payment methods. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or statutory holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next business day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the sold item passes to the buyer only upon delivery of the item to the buyer, even in the case of a purchase shipped.
§5 Retention of Title
We reserve the right of ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

inform us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged to you for this refund under any circumstances.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The period is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
