Shipping Information

The cute little ones will travel with a special private overnight animal transport service.

As soon as the little ones have been shipped, you will receive an email from us.

They will arrive the following day. Unfortunately, tracking is not possible due to the method of shipping.

We are the only online shop that has a private courier and can offer this service at this price. However, when the snails are shipped depends on a few factors. In order to keep the price low, we can only have group orders picked up. Please be patient and understand that this may take a little longer in some cases. We try to ship everything as quickly as possible.

In cold temperatures, they are shipped in Styrofoam with a heat pack. The cost of this is included in the selling price.

Details

A special feature of this species is that they do not have shells. This means they dry out faster. So, do not place a heat mat on the side and do not forget to spray. They also do not need extra calcium, as they do not have to build a shell. This species are escape artists. Therefore, make sure that the box or terrarium is properly sealed and that they cannot crawl out.
