Shipping information

These sweet little ones will be sent on their way using a special private overnight animal transport service.

Once the little ones have been shipped, you will receive an email from us.

They will arrive the following day. Unfortunately, tracking is not available due to the shipping method.

We are the only online shop with a private courier that can offer this service at this price. However, when the snails are shipped depends on several factors. To keep the price low, we can only arrange collection for combined orders. Please be patient and understanding, as this may cause some delays in certain cases. We will do our best to ship them as soon as possible.

In cold weather, the snails are shipped with polystyrene and a heat pack. The cost is included in the sale price.

Information about the snails

This species does not lay eggs. It is a live-bearing species. It can have up to 45 young, which you will need to boil or freeze. Please think carefully about whether you feel able to do this. You cannot keep and raise them all; that would be animal cruelty.
