So many people contact us every day because they have rescued snails from poor conditions. Many of the animals are in poor condition. We have now put together our own S.O.S package for these cases. This way, you have everything you need to help them back on their feet.

Contents:

45g medicinal clay

10g S.O.S mix

20g bee pollen

20g brewer's yeast

100g snail boost

Application of the individual products in the package:

Medicinal clay:

Make a bath for the snail with the medicinal clay. Simply add one tablespoon to 250ml of water and offer it in a bowl in the terrarium. Medicinal clay contains many minerals that are important for a healthy snail.

S.O.S mix:

The S.O.S mix should only be offered when the animal is really about to lose its strength. This mix consists of nuts and oats. The simple sugar goes directly into the blood and helps the animal get back on its feet and, for example, eat again. Do not offer regularly.

Bee pollen:

Is a natural source of energy and helps the snail regain its strength, for example after energy-draining egg-laying or after transport. Simply sprinkle a little on the food.

Brewer's yeast:

should only be given in case of deficiency symptoms or loss of energy. It works like simple sugar and contains minerals that will get a weakened snail back in shape. Sprinkle a very small amount on the food.

Snail boost:

is ideally offered to young snails once a week. But it can also help snails that suffer from loss of appetite. Simply offer one teaspoon in 250ml of water in a bowl. It contains proteins, but above all many different sources of calcium that are essential for a healthy, strong snail.
