Shipping Information

These sweet little ones will be sent using a special private overnight animal transport service.

We will send you an email as soon as the little ones have been shipped.

They will arrive the following day. Unfortunately, tracking is not available due to the shipping method.

We are the only online shop with a private courier, allowing us to offer this service at this price. However, when the snails are shipped depends on several factors. To keep the price low, we can only arrange collection for combined orders. Please be patient and understanding, as this may mean that shipping takes a little longer in some cases. We will do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

In cold weather, the snails are shipped in a polystyrene box with a heat pack. The cost is included in the sale price.

Information about the snails

This species does not lay eggs; it gives birth to live young. It can have up to 45 babies, which you will have to boil or freeze. Please think carefully about whether you are prepared to do this. You cannot keep and raise them all; that would be animal cruelty.
They originally come from Cameroon. See details.
