Asperitas bimaensis Indonesia body length approx. 1cm

Asperitas Bimaensis Indonesia is still one of the newer species in snail keeping. It usually lays around 25 eggs per clutch. This snail is a small species with a beautiful green shell. Since it originally comes from Indonesia, it needs higher humidity and warmer temperatures. No extra heating! For this species, it is advisable to alternate between drier and more humid phases (humidity). Keep the substrate rather moist. Provide some ventilation. They like to lay their eggs under a piece of bark or cork. It is not yet known how old they can live. Depending on the size of the snail, the terrarium or box should be adjusted accordingly. A Complete Set for this snail is coming soon. They like to eat cucumber, sweet potato, and pumpkin. A sepia shell is, of course, a must, as with all other species. Different snail species should not be kept together in one terrarium. The recommended group size for this species is at least 3 animals. More would be better, as they live in groups. Snail Shipping: Our snails only travel first class! In summer and winter during extreme temperatures, we sometimes wait a few days with the shipping, for the sake of the animals. Please refrain from asking about the status every day. We make sure that the animals arrive safely with you, we are the only land snail shop with courier, because that is the gentlest for the animals. In winter, the winter packaging is included in the shipping price. The animals will come to you as soon as it is cold with a heat pack and Styrofoam box.

When the animals arrive with you, remember to let them acclimate at room temperature for half to three-quarters of an hour first. You know that on the Slimeside everything always takes a little longer. Give your snails the time they need.
