They will arrive the following day. Unfortunately, tracking is not possible due to the method of shipping.
We are the only online shop that has a private courier and can offer this service at this price. However, when the snails are shipped depends on a few factors. In order to keep the price low, we can only have group orders picked up. Please have some patience and understanding that this can take a little longer in some cases. We try to ship everything as quickly as possible.
In cold temperatures, they are shipped with Styrofoam and a heat pack. The cost for this is included in the selling price.
